Nature of services
TechsAnswers provides digital marketing, advertising management, SEO, analytics, development, and related services. Specific scope, pricing, timing, responsibilities, and deliverables are established in an applicable client service agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Communications
TechsAnswers may respond to inquiries and send communications reasonably related to requested or contracted services, accounts, billing, support, maintenance, security, and system status. Optional marketing email is sent only where permitted or consented and may be unsubscribed from separately.
If you separately consent to SMS, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Marketing email consent and SMS consent are independent.
Monthly services and billing
Monthly services may recur where agreed and are billed after the applicable monthly service period. Advertising expenditures are separate from management fees unless the client agreement expressly states otherwise.
Client responsibilities and advertising accounts
Clients are responsible for timely access, accurate information, approvals, content rights, platform compliance, and agreed advertising budgets. Platform accounts, charges, and decisions remain subject to the relevant third party.
Third-party platforms and results
Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, Amazon, Walmart, and other services are independent third parties. Their policies, approvals, availability, account decisions, charges, and systems are outside TechsAnswers’ direct control. Marketing outcomes vary; no specific leads, sales, ROAS, performance, rankings, or platform approvals are guaranteed.
Cancellation, refunds, and termination
Ongoing monthly services require at least 7 days’ cancellation notice, subject to the client agreement. Fees for services provided are non-refundable. Either party may have additional termination rights under the applicable agreement.
Intellectual property and website use
Site content may not be copied or misused without permission. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are governed by the client agreement. You may not interfere with site security or use the site unlawfully.
Limitation and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, TechsAnswers is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or independent third-party platforms. Dispute procedures and governing terms may be further established in a signed client agreement.
