Any error lights or messages on the touchscreen?
Paper loaded correctly (main tray or rear)?
Check for jams in all paths (duplexer, output)?
Ink cartridges seated properly and not empty/low?
Wi-Fi/Ethernet:
Confirm printer and device on same network (2.4GHz preferred for stability).
Restart printer, router, and device.
Use HP Smart App to check status and reconnect.
USB: Try different port/cable; avoid hubs.
Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right-click HP OfficeJet Pro > Set as default.
Ensure “Use Printer Offline” is unchecked.
Print jobs can backlog and block new ones.
Windows: Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Double-click printer > Printer menu > Cancel All Documents.

Power cycle (unplug 60s); clear jams; reseat ink; run printhead cleaning via touchscreen/HP Smart. Update firmware if needed.
Paused queue, spooler crash. Cancel jobs; restart Print Spooler service (services.msc); test direct print.
